Introduction to Fungi, Wild Mushroom hunt & synopsis, cooking & taste, mushroom soup & scones. You will learn how to safely identify several edible wild mushrooms and the poisonous ones to avoid. How to sustainably forage, the four different types of mushrooms, and the symbiotic relationships with plants, trees and decaying matter.

Cancellation Policy. The amount of participants for our tours is limited and many of our tours sell out. Full Refund, If cancelled more than one week in advance of the tour Date. 50% refund; up to 72 hours in adavnce of tour time. 25% refund up to 48 hours before in advance of tour time. No refund: within 48 hours of our tour starting. Please understand that what we teach on our courses is a guideline for you, we recommend that you do your own further research after our courses. It is important that your medical practitioner is aware of your medical conditions, as well as any medications, supplements, wild foods and medicines you are taking. We always advise on any wild plants that could affect underlying conditions and advise not to take anything if you are on medication without consulting your GP.
